ONE FRIDAY MORNING AT THE NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF SINGAPORE - PART 2

5th JULY 2019 ~ After the briefing in the auditorium, the visit was officially ended. It was one of the shortest visit that I had ever done. While waiting for our bus, we continued wandering and roaming around the place.

And I found this spot for wall climbing which should be something awesome.

CONCLUSION: You need a lot of money to study here.

It should be the shortest visit to a learning institution so far for me but that should be alright. As long the venue was located abroad, in a foreign country, that should be a big achievement already.

And we were so ready to get to the next destination after the Friday prayer.

ONE FRIDAY MORNING AT THE NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF SINGAPORE - PART 1

5th JULY 2019 ~ A benchmarking trip was organized by the Students' Leader Board of SMK Dato Jaafar to Singapore and a few teachers joined the trip. The first venue visited was the National University of Singapore.

We arrived earlier than planned so we wandered around the building called Stephen Riady Centre.

Then two ladies came to meet us and we were taken to an auditorium/hall for a briefing.

We were briefed on the courses offered and also the opportunities available especially for international students to pursue their studies in NUS.

There was this Q&A session at the end of the briefing. At least, the students (and teachers) knew of a possible option for tertiary education just across the border.
