THE 22ND DAY OF EID 1476H - PART ONE

Two ex-students of SMK Taman Universiti [of 2017 SPM batch] came visiting for Eid this afternoon. Both are now having careers after leaving school about 9 years ago. These should be the few ones who still took the effort to visit and get connected with the teacher, but we are yet to see the future to unfold.

Thanks to Mr. Afif Azizi and Mr. Nazafee for coming. I tried to make them set a date for a coffee session after this.

BOYS' DAY OUT ONE SATURDAY AFTERNOON

31st MARCH 2018 ~ There are days on weekends when I am free and have to go out or I will just sleep in the afternoon at home. So an outing was set at AEON Bukit Indah with Mr. Mohd. Nazafee, ex-student of SMK Taman Universiti from SPM batch 2017, to watch a movie and then go for a late lunch at Kenny Roger's Roasters.

Thanks Nazafee for the time and company. I just wonder how many more outings can be done with him after this. Will he also disappear just like other people? That I have to wait and see.

ATTENDING PUAN NURMEY'S DAUGHTER'S WEDDING RECEPTION

I was invited by Puan Nurmey Jantan to her daughter's wedding reception held Dewan Azalea in town. Puan Nurmey was once a temporary teacher at SMK Taman Universiti a long time ago. She is now a staff at SMK Dato' Usman Awang.

There were also another ex-colleague of SMKTUN, Puan Rokiah Junoh and her two children. Her son, Mohd. Amirul Adha also happened to be my ex-student.

Thanks Puan Nurmey for inviting. Hope you will not forget me for more wedding receptions to come.

THE 21ST DAY OF EID 1438H

15th JULY 2017 ~ Today I did not receive any visitors at home and went out for Eid open houses instead. The first place visited was at Taman Pulai Perdana where two siblings, both from SMK Taman Universiti, reside ~ Mr. Syafiq and Syazwan Jaini. The first is from SPM batch 2013 while the latter is still in form 5. There were quite a number of my ex-students who were also present that afternoon.

The second house I went to was at Taman Skudai Indah where an open house was held at Mr. Syazwan's residence. I guess I was on of the latecomers as I met only Mr. Zuhair from SPM batch 2014 there.

I actually went to my neighbour's open house much earlier. Too many open houses in one day is definitely not a good idea. I was happy I could attend the gathering held but I went back feeling guilty after eating too much.

ONE MORE WEEK OF EID TO GO...
