   6TH JULY 2024    ~ The wedding reception of the son of Mr. Mohd. Nurji bin Zaini, an ex-colleague of SMK Mutiara Rini. His son, Mr. Fahmi Nurji, the groom's youngest brother, is an ex-student of SMK Taman Universiti,

The reception was done at the Community Hall at Taman Pulai Utama.

I met many ex-students and ex-colleagues of SMK Taman Universiti there.

There was also an ex-colleague of SMK Dato' Jaafar with her other family members.

I sat at the same table with someone who happened to be the father-in-law of my neighbour's child.

The last wedding reception of the day was held at KPIP Hall at Taman Universiti. It was the wedding reception of Ms. Zainab Abd. Mobin. She is an ex-student of SMK Taman Universiti and it is interesting as her other 8 siblings attended the same school. In addition, her brother-in-law is also the alumnus of the school.

There was a reunion of TEN ex-students on the bridal stage that afternoon which rarely happened.

Three receptions in one afternoon had surely made me fatter. At the same time, I got to see a lot of people from school in one day, and that made me happier.
