This was the first time we had a
tahlil for the staff for the year 2012. Not many could make it most probably because it was held on a weekday. It would be a bit inconvenient for the afternoon teachers as the school ended quite late.
We had the reciting of the
Yaasin and
tahlil, performing the
Maghrib and
Isya' prayers,
solat hajat (a special prayer to ask for something to be granted by Allah) and also
ratib Asma' ul Husna (reciting the names of Allah).
Everything was over by 10:00 p.m. What a very long day for me, a very long day indeed.
