12th DECEMBER - 2ND DAY GOLD COAST: PART 1

After Mr. Ridwan and his family had arrived at the apartment in the morning, we quicky rushed to our first destination: Movie World. There were not many people at the gate as we were among the early birds and it only opened at 9:30 a.m.

I wanted to go into the Scooby-Doo studio with the early thought that it was just an ordinary ghost house. However, it turned out to be a roller coaster ride and it was scary because the whole thing moved in the dark so we did not know which direction we were moving. It was more of a surprise as I thought it would not be that extreme.

We managed to catch a breathtaking display of driving experts manouevering cars and a motorcycle like we used to watch in action movies. The way the whole thing was presented was very interesting. It was as if a real filming was going on set, and it was interactive because a few spectators were asked to participate in a few of its scenes which had made it very funny and entertaining in a way.

There were just too many rides available for you in the Movie World theme park but I tried only two. You definitely need to spend more time there if you want to try all the activities there. Other than that, we managed to watch a 4D movie "The Journey to the Centre of the Earth". Too many things and yet too little time for us.

Taking a breather before heading to the second theme park

For those who love to get their hair down and scream their hearts out, literally speaking, after all the hard and stressful days at work, this is the place for you. Too bad, many of the movie characters were not out yet on the street to be photographed so I could not meet two of my favourites which are Catwoman and Wonderwoman. We could not wait any longer as there were other places to go. So wait for part 2 which will be coming your way soon. And I will post more pictures of the Movie World later for you.
