9th NOVEMBER 2012 ~ Today was the last day of school for 2012. Students were already exempted from coming to school as the classes are used for the SPM examination. The afternoon teachers and students were having a function specially organized for Madam Lee Kim Luan as it was the last day of school for her before she retires in December. It was only a small function, with all the afternoon teachers, a few from the morning session and students who were willing to come and pay for the food.

The event was started off with the dance performance of Remove students under the guidance of Miss Hui, followed by speeches and lastly, some presents were handed over to Madam Lee as tokens of appreciation for everything she had done for SMK Taman Universiti for 17 years.

Lastly, we gathered at the school canteen for our hi-tea and this time we catered the food from outside.
It was a simple event for Madam Lee but we hoped we had made the last day of school for her a memorable one. And thanks also to everyone who had helped make it a success.
