THE ONE NIGHT STAY AT PANTAI MAWAR CHALET

I decided to choose Pantai Mawar chalet for our accommodation during our one night staycation in Endau on the 28th June 2026 . That was the best decision made, as the chalet was like the my dream house - small but complete. It would be a place I would love to spend my time longer.

The most important thing, the place was well taken care of. Everything was clean and in order, it looked more like a compact luxurious hotel room.

It was equipped with all the essential electrical gadgets one would need when going for a holiday.

Location wise the place was very strategic - very near to the scenic Pulau Mawar. It was also a short distance away to Penyabong Beach and Teluk Gorek Beach. There was a restaurant - a walking distance away from the chalet where we had our dinner [READ HERE].

One unit of chalet could house 4 people - 2 adults and 2 children.

I would love to get back to Pantai Mawar Chalet if I were to go back to Endau one day. You could refer to the last photo for any enquiry and reservation and the owner was also a helpful and informative person.

BLOGGING FROM PENYABONG, ENDAU, MERSING

I am back in Penyabong, Endau for a [very] short staycation getaway. So far, everything has been good, going to a few spots. We even ventured out into Pahang and stopped at Kuala Rompin before checking in at our accommodation. Praying for good weather for tomorrow and we will continue exploring.

THE ONE NIGHT STAY AT SEBANA COVE RESORT - PART THREE

    2ND JUNE 2026    ~ The most attractive spot in the resort would be its cove where some sail boats and yachts were docked. The resort was located by Sebina River which flowed out to the sea.

I was expecting for more people to be there in the morning to enjoy the scenic view but there were only two of us. Because of that, we had the whole place to ourselves and were free to pose and take as many photos as we wanted without being observed by anybody.

The cove area was big, and we walked from one end to the other. One could actually get a bicycle from the resort but I am not sure whether it would be for free or not.

One hour of was walking was enough to burn all the fat in my body. I was happy that I could feel like a real tourist again even though it was not that far away from home. I guess I need more staycation trip like this after this.

THE BUFFET BREAKFAST AT SEBANA COVE RESORT

    2ND JUNE 2026    ~ I am always excited when it comes to having buffet breakfast at the hotel [or resort]. The room rented came together with the breakfast package or else we had to go out somewhere far to get our food in the morning.

At 7:00 a.m., we were the second guests to arrive. Someone else who was in his overall was the earliest bird that morning.

The food was actually the same food that you could get anywhere else for buffet breakfast session. Still, the curiosity to find out what was served on the counters and tables was just overwhelming.

The dining area was spacious. One could choose to sit in the main dining hall or be seated in the terrace area.

We of course chose the spot nearest to the river and the boats for a more scenic view. At the same time, we could experience having a staycation like the rich and famous, the scene that one could always watch on television.

I was happy with the breakfast. After eating all the food, we were so ready to explore the resort right after.
