EID DIARY: 8TH SYAWAL 1446H

Mr. Muhammad Afif Farhan Zulkifli, an ex-student of SMK Taman Universiti, came visiting in the afternoon. He was still enjoying his break at home before going back to campus to sit for his exam next week [or the week after].

We then adjourned to the Mamak nearby, Restoran Aliff [which has been rebranded as Aliff Bistro now], for the regular Teh Tarik [Tea with Milk] and Roti Canai [Flat Bread].

Later in the evening, a friend whom I got to know during a chess competition about 2 years ago, came visiting. Mr. Aswad Shahmi is a teacher teaching at a primary school near my house and is also renting a house nearby.

We are already in the second week of Eid, with 22 more days to celebrate.
