REMNANT OF THE PAST - PART 3
21st August 2014 ~ Only after three weeks, I am publishing this entry. It was an awkward situation as all this while I was the one who had been organizing farewell gathering for my colleagues and this time round, I was the one being sent away. Here are some photos that should remind me of one of the saddest moments in my life.
TO BE CONTINUED...

TWO IS ALWAYS A COMPANY
6th September 2014 ~ This was the second eating out session carried out despite his busy schedule. He is still available for outing because he is still available, I guess, as many of his other friends have already settled down and must be very busy with their own lives.
We agreed to visit Banafee Restaurant because we wanted to get something light (but that did not really happen). Thanks Mr. Lutfi Afiq Rosli (from SPM batch 2004). Next time, it will be your turn to choose where to go and eat.

MOVIE REVIEW - "THE ONE-HUNDRED FOOT JOURNEY"
5th September 2014 ~ It was movie time again. After supper, we all sped off to TGV Tebrau to watch "The One-Hundred Foot Journey" starring mostly unknown actors and actresses. It tells the story of a family which migrated from India to London and the to France to start a restaurant. The conflict is when their new launched Indian eatery was located just opposite of a French high-class restaurant - just a hundred feet away, hence the drama began.
It was a love story between Hassan and Marguerite, both characters who had dreams to become well-known chefs; a business rivalry between Mr. Kadam and Madame Mallory which later turned into friendship (or love perhaps). If you are looking for a movie which does not require a lot of thinking, or which does not have any deafening and blinding sound and visual effects, this is it.
I might get the book from which the movie was adapted after this. And when was the last time I read a book? *sigh*
