VISITING NEGERI SEMBILAN STATE MUSEUM - PART 1


   22nd SEPTEMBER 2024   ~ To make up for the disappointment for the closure of Istana Lama Seri Menanti because of renovation work the day before [READ HERE], I adjourned to Negeri Sembilan State Museum in Seremban.


There were not many people at the museum that Sunday afternoon so I could freely roam the area, observe the exhibition and take as many photos as possible. Entrance was free of charge and my first impression was the museum had been taken care of quite well.






















There were two main permanent exhibition halls and one thematic gallery in conjunction of the Independence month of the nation.
























The beautiful design of the museum building which was of the Minangkabau architecture was something visitors could admire. There were also other traditional buildings nearby in the same compound that could be visited.
