There was no plan of any reunion session whatsoever as I was just following Mr. Ridwan Wahid to his office in Universiti Malaya. However, he contacted his colleague. Mr. Daniel Chow Ung T'chiang and asked to meet him at the cafe of the Faculty of Languages and Linguistics.
With that, I was reunited with an old friend of UPM TESL Class of 1993, after all these years. He used to be one of the closest male friends I had in college, UPM to be exact. There was one TESL gathering held a long time ago when I last saw him, and I actually could not even remember that taking place. 😀
Hopefully we would get to see Mr. Daniel more often after this, but for that to happen, we need to have a proper plan.
