DISCOVERING PANTAI HIBURAN IN KUALA ROMPIN, PAHANG

   28th JUNE 2026    ~ This place was not in the original itinerary list. We arrived in Endau town a bit too early, about 12:30 noon and could not check in yet at the accommodation. So we decided to cross into Pahang, and drove to Kuala Rompin.

Initially, we just wanted to find a dessert shop and that took us to Pantai Hiburan.

The place was surprisingly beautiful, with a long stretch of flat sandy beach. I had never heard of this beach, and guess it was not that popular. There were only a few families having a picnic and it was not a good idea to swim in the hot afternoon sun.

We got to strike as many poses at many spots as we like, free from being watched by the visitors.

There was a food court there but we ended up having lunch somewhere else [READ HERE].

I was glad we took the decision to explore Rompin a bit and discovered Pantai Hiburan. I am sure there must be more other interesting things here. There is always a next time.
