15TH SEPTEMBER 2025 ~ On our way back to Kuantan from Pekan, we stopped by at these stalls named Keropok Lekor Ghani Black. The reason: I wanted to buy Keropok Lekor Bawang to bring back home.
There was already a large crowd at that place, with a lot cars already parked by the roadside. The reason: one week school holiday and long weekends for the nation because of double public holidays on Monday and Tuesday. Consequently, the Keropok Lekor I wanted to buy was out of stock and we had to come in the morning the next day. Guess everyone was hunting for the same thing.
"Keropok lekor is a traditional Malay fish cracker snack originating from the state of Terengganu, Malaysia. It is made from fish and sago flour and seasoned with salt and sugar. It is slightly greyish and gives off a fishy taste and smell which becomes more prominent as it cools down after frying."

My two friends ended up buying the food items and most of them were still hot from the big pan.
One thing for sure, I would be coming back again to this place the next day, early in the morning for my Keropok Lekor.
