BALI DAY 4 - GITGIT WATERFALL

After the hot spring, Pak Dwi the guide then took us to another a-nature-lover-must-visit-spot in Bali: the Gitgit Waterfall. Before arriving at the waterfall, we had to walk a bit beside a paddy field. Then we had to walk some more along the mountain track before we saw in front of our own eyes this beautiful waterfall cascading from the top of a hill.

The cold water looked inviting enough but we did not want to get wet or to bring wet clothes back into the car so we were contented with what we see. It would be wonderful to stay in the water just for a few minutes. Maybe I will do that next time when I visit Bali again.
