VISITING SULTAN MOSQUE IN SINGAPORE

6th AUGUST 2016 ~ This is my second time visiting the Sultan Mosque. It was a long time ago, I could not remember much except for the fact that people used bottles for the construction of the minaret as they ran out of fund. My friends and I performed our prayer here before moving on to our next destination.

This mosque which was built in 1824 has become one of the major tourist attractions in Singapore. The original building has been preserved and people could be here to admire its unique architecture.

There were many tourists in the premise while we were there - and they looked really curious. At the back section of the main praying hall, there was a tourist information centre which should provide the visitors with information they might need.
