I was at this Thai Food Fest held at U-Mall Taman Pulai Utama, without any prior plan. I saw some people posting about this event and decided to have a look during the angklung practice break in the afternoon.
There were may stalls, selling all kinds of food and drinks - and a few stalls were actually selling the same food items.
Look at what I got today:
(1) Fried Maggi (instant noodle) RM5 - fried in soy sauce without any vegetable, chicken, meat or seafood. Not spicy at all. *sad*
(2) Cococnut Shake RM5 - the size is big but there was more blended ice than coconut water. *double sadness*
(3) Mango with sticky rice and coconut milk RM7 - fortunately this dessert was alright, done like the way it should.
I will have definitely to return to Thailand for its halal food one of these days.
