5TH JUNE 2022 ~ We started off the exploration of the island on the second by having a short stop at Tanjung Batu Beach. This place is also known by locals as the Navy Beach as there is a Navy Camp nearby.
A long stretch of sandy beach, calm water and blue sky and yet there were not many people to be seen at this spot on a Sunday.
At one corner of the beach, I spotted people camping or picnicking. I should consider doing this too if I had the chance to come back.
I had no intention to soak and get wet in the water so we were ready for our next venue in our itinerary list on the second day in Labuan.
