I am always envious of people who could turn their creativity into something people could admire. Just to be interested is just not enough, I guess.

THE ART EXHIBITION AT THE NATIONAL GALLERY IN BANGKOK
Here's some work of art that was put on display during our visit to the National Gallery in Bangkok. There were other magnificent paintings but we saw the sign "No Camera".
WANDERING AROUND THE NATIONAL GALLERY
This should be the last educational visit of the day. We successfully located the National Gallery which was also a walking distance from the National Museum.
There were some paintings that were put on display and many more sculptures. The gallery was having an exhibition on sculptures or carvings made by/on plasters/cement at that time so we had the opportunity to see more masterpieces based on that particular medium.

There was someone who could be an expert in this field making his round and giving commentary to the work exhibited, Mr. Suhaizie said that he was one of the wax figures in Madame Tussaud that we visited two days later.
There was a demonstration of the production of the cement sculpture.
I have decided to publish the work of art that we saw in the gallery in a different entry after this.

VISITING THE NATIONAL MUSEUM IN BANGKOK - PART 2
There were just too many things to see. For one thing, there was a huge collection of Buddha statues and it seemed the statue for each province has its own distinctive features.
This is a living proof how tired we got after walking around the museum, from one building to another, or after walking from the Grand Palace in the hot weather.
For one thing, Buddhism is practised by majority of the Thai people and you could see the Buddha statues almost everywhere, and this reminds me so much of Bali.
This was not our last museum visited in Bangkok though. There was still more to come.
