A FAREWELL DINNER FROM THE MALE EX-COLLEAGUES TO A RETIREE - ME

The customary farewell dinner from the male colleagues [of SMK Dato'Jaafar] to [a male] colleague transferring or retiring was carried out this evening at our favourite eating place - Infusion Cafe, KSL Hotel. Except this time, the function was done for me.

It was like an alumni gathering as we had other ex-colleagues who are now teaching in other schools attending the dinner.

Excellent food and great company of friends, what else one could ask for. There was no sadness as I believe that I would be seeing my friends again from time to time.

Thanks everybody for the party. Let's do some other parties some other time.
