I did not know there was a museum in Mersing until I saw the signboard on the roadside. I went to visit the place of the 10th AUGUST 2023, getting away from the venue of the chess competition for a short while.
I was at first the only visitor of the museum until a group of kindergarten kids arrived.
The museum was only a small one but it should attract both the locals and tourists alike to drop by and learn the history of the town and district.
