THE TEA BREAK SESSION WITH EX-COLLEAGUES OUTSIDE

This was an impromptu tea break session we had outside. The chosen place was Warung Teh Sarbat Asli Haji Ali. I blogged about this place back in 2020 [READ HERE]. The specialty of this place: Sarbat Tea - tea with milk and ginger.

Apart from the special drinks, two of us had kaya [coconut custard] toast while the other two had fried rice.

This should be one of the few old school kind of eating places that is still operating and popular among the locals.

It was good to get the chance to sit down and chat with old friends/ex-colleagues [of SMK Dato' Jaafar] again. We shall plan another school escapade after this.
