REHEARSAL FOR OPENING CEREMONY FOR MSSM TRACK AND FIELD - DAY TWO

So the story continues. The second rehearsal for the opening ceremony was held but this time at night. We left school after Asar prayer and headed straight for an early dinner. Then, we waited for Maghrib prayer and as the praying room at the stadium is quite small, the thought of bringing our own praying mats worked out well. We had to be quick as we were expected to get ready before 8:00 p.m.

This time round, everything was more organized and at 8:15 p.m. the rehearsal started. It should be a full dress rehearsal but knowing that our uniforms were more sensitive to frequent washing, wearing the team t-shirts was not a bad choice. I thought the boys marched smartly in the stadium to make the school proud.

As we thought the rehearsal was over and we could already go back, everybody was called back for the second time and at that time it was almost 10. Fortunately, it started to rain and the marching units were dispersed. What a relief! So we are now waiting for the real day next week. Just hope everybody in team will not fall sick. Again, I am trying very hard to upload a video clip of the marching team. Pray that it can be done.
