MY SINGAPORE GASTRONOMIC ADVENTURE - (HALAL) CHICKEN RICE AT THE JEWEL, CHANGI AIRPORT

I was on the school trip to Singapore (again) but this year we did not visit any schools One of the destinations was The Jewel at Changi Airport.

One of the challenges of going to Singapore was to find halal food. Fortunately, we managed to find this stall selling chicken rice with a halal certification posted on its wall. The stall was located at the food court "Five Spice", which should be the lowest level of the building.

A plate of chicken rice cost $5.50 which should be considered cheap at a place like this. It tasted good - like the Hainanese Chicken Rice I used to get at The Chicken Rice Shop back home.

I will definitely make a return trip to this stall if I were to visit The Jewel at Changi Airport some other time in the future.
