So I was wrong. Yesterday's card was not the one and only Eid card for this year. Another card arrived in the mail box today and this time it was from Puan Hayati, an ex-coursemate of my UPM TESL group, who is now residing in Coventry, UK.
Although on the card it is written "Thank You", it is actually a season's greeting card. I am sure that there is no Eid card on sale for people to buy. The card and the message written inside are beautiful and I love it just the same.
So to Puan Hayati and all the family members in UK, thanks a lot for the thought and I wish you a happy and blessed Eid abroad.
