9th September 2011 - We had two events going on at one time. One reason is not to let the Principal stay until late evening for two days. So we had the whole thing going as planned.
EVENT ONE: WELCOMING THE NEW PRINCIPAL
After 21 days arriving in school, finally we had the chance to introduce the new Principal, Mr. Mahamud bin Othaman. He is now the sixth Principal of SMK Taman Universiti. As there was another event waiting, we managed to get the assembly simplified, the speech was short and the students behaved well (as instructed beforehand) so I hoped the Principal was happy with what he had seen.

EVENT TWO: BIDDING FAREWELL TO THE RETIRING MR. ONG
farewell speech from Mr. OngToday was the last day for Mr. Ong Poh Shin in school after 34 over years in the teaching profession. Mr. Ong was here when the school opened back in 1994 and then he moved away to another school. Last year, he came back here to teach Living Skills and finally ended his long teaching days, still strong and healthy.
