HAPPENINGS ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON OF THE 1ST DAY OF MID-TERM BREAK

Today was supposed to be the first day of the school mid-term break. We had extra classes for the third and fifth formers, and co-curriculum activities for the others. The school should be empty by afternoon, but let's see whether there were people around by 4:00 p.m.

VENUE: school compound; ACTIVITY: scouts' camping

VENUE: Balai Bestari; ACTIVITY: taekwando practice

VENUE: school hall; ACTIVITY: silat (martial art) practice

VENUE: computer lab; ACTIVITY: in-house training for teachers of Language Department

VENUE: surau; ACTIVITY: nasyid (singing religious songs) practice

VENUE: Dataran Kejat; ACTIVITY: Kadet Bomba marching practice

Thank you to Mr. Suhaizie, our own ex-platoon commander of the Kadet Bomba, who came to coach both the boys and girls. He is now studying in UTM and is a member of the Reserved Officer Training Unit (ROTU) - some sort of military cadet in university. I am really proud of you. It was only like yesterday when I saw you with your friends doing the same practice and I still remember how we had put our hearts and souls to become one of the best uniform units in school.
