5th SEPTEMBER 2022 ~ We had done some research for our trip, specifically for the gastronomic adventure in Kuching. We were really hungry after the educational trip to Semenggoh and I saw this restaurant by the roadside while we were driving. Mom's Laksa was one of the restaurants that was in the list of eating places that we should stop by.
We found that there were many small stalls in the restaurant that sold different cuisines. All the restaurants that we went to had the same concept.

We successfully got our first Kuching's must-eat foods on the table: Laksa Sarawak and Mee Kolok. The laksa was mine while Mr. Solihin chose the other one. My laksa had a similar taste to the Mee Kari of Semenanjung [the Peninsular] but the gravy was thicker.
The waiter/cashier looked like a secondary school student.
Our tummies were happy and we were ready to continue exploring.
