17th March 2015 ~ On the first day of the tour, we were taken to Warung Dakota for dinner, a restaurant with yellowish and ripening paddy field in the background.
| food, food, glorious food... |
The dishes consisted mainly of fish and seafood, but there was also chicken. I must say the grilled fish was something to die for. The meal was superb and I would not hesitate to come back for more if I were to visit Lombok again.
If you are a traveler who loves to sample delicious local delicacies, Lombok is the place. What more, as majority of the population are Muslims, you will not have any problem getting halal food.
