LUANG PRABANG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AT A GLIMPSE

Luang Prabang International Airport is a huge, modern and most importantly comfortable and clean entrance (or departure) checkpoint into (or out of) the town. Looking at the number of people arriving and leaving the UNESCO heritage city, this is definitely the best thing the Lao government has done to boost tourism.

So this should be the very last entry of my trip to Luang Prabang back in December 2016. However, there are still "Spot the Error" kind of posts that I would publish later.

HOME SWEET HOME - AFTER THE 4D3N TRIP TO LUANG PRABANG

with the tuk tuk driver, Sai, in front of the airport

It was time to get back to the life left behind, after 4 very tiring but fun days in Luang Prabang, Laos. We left the hotel at 7:00 in the morning and made our way to Luang Prabang International Airport by tuk tuk and bid farewell to the ancient city.

And the three friends parted our ways once WE arrived in Kuala Lumpur International Airport but I guess the memories would always stay for many more years to come.

Luang Prabang is a beautiful place to be and there is just so much to share. I will definitely "start churning the stories for my blog posts" (Rozana Sani Abdullah Sani, 2016) but for the time being I will have to first do the laundry, and keep the luggage bag and backpack. The most important thing, I will need some time to let all all my aching muscles heal so I could function like normal.

Thanks Puan Maslinda Mohamad Dahalan and Puan Rohani Awang for the company and the 3-meals-a-day-at-the-verandah sessions. Hopefully we can get more people from the TESL group to join in our next "educational trip" abroad.

BLOGGING FROM LUANG PRABANG, LAOS

For the school holiday this time, I am now on a short vacation with 2 friends who are my ex-coursemates from UPM TESL group, Puan Maslinda Mohamad Dahalan and Puan Siti Rohani Awang. We decided to visit Luang Prabang, Laos - not yet a popular holiday among Malaysians. The decision was made about 2 months beforehand and we safely landed at Luang Prabang International Airport on Sunday,4th December, 2016.

So far, we are enjoying ourselves a lot in the calm and relaxed city of Luang Prabang and everything seems to be alright, despite the minimum planning done. We have one more day to see what this place has to offer. Don't forget to visit my blog soon for more stories and photos.
