The class started at 8:00 in the morning and it was a long session which ended at 4:30 p.m. Altogether there were 17 participants and in the early part we were briefed about the Arabic Language and its place in the school curriculum. Later in the afternoon, we were introduced with a lesson on "makhraj" which will be phonetics and phonology in English.Too bad there was no night class so I will end up doing: watching television, reading, going online or falling asleep as early as at 10:oo p.m. Looking forward to a more interesting class tomorrow.
