Proton Wira with the plate number JGV1540 was my very first brand new car, bought in 2003. After 23 long years, it was time to bid the final farewell to my soulmate.
There was a scheme introduced by the government for people to trade in their more than 20-year old cars and incentive was given to get a new local car, either Proton or Perodua. This was the best chance to let go and it was done as it was just the right time to do so.
