GETTING MY BANTUAN KASIH JOHOR [BLK] FUND

I was at the Community Centre near my house at about 11:00 this morning, to get my Bantuan Kasih Johor [BKJ]. It was something like a fund given by Johor State Government to the eligible locals in different groups such as the senior citizen and people with disabilities. I, however, received the fund as I am one of the committee members of the Surau [a smaller scale mosque of the community] in the neighbourhood.

There was just one other recipient at the counter when I arrived at the hall. I was expecting a long queue but I was wrong.

I am now RM200 richer. I will, however, be buying something for the Surau later as a way to give the money back where it should belong.
