Believe it or not, we are moving fast towards the end of the year. The routine annual hi-tea event was organized today by KEBIRUS [Staff Room Club]. The venue chosen was Ramada Meridin Hotel, a brand new hotel in Nusajaya. The theme of this event was black and gold.
It was also a farewell gathering for the school's Chief Clerk, Puan Minah Bee Yusof, who will be retiring by the end of this month.
There were the usual speeches, prize-giving session, games and the most awaited slot - enjoying the buffet hi-tea. This time every one walked back home with something for the lucky draw. No one was unlucky today.
I should be luckier today as the number 44 awarded with an electric rice cooker. I will have to cook rice after this without fail.
Thank you and congratulations to everybody who was involved in this year's annual hi-tea. We will now have to wait for a year for another hi-tea event.
