14th MARCH 2020 ~ Kuliner Blok S was actually quite far from the hotel where I was staying. However it was worth traveling the distance just to get Nasi Ayam Penyet, another food originated from Indonesia which is also popular in Malaysia.
Kulinari Blok S was rows of stalls selling all kinds of food but most of the eating places had not started operation when we were there in the afternoon at about 3:00 p.m.
The difference between Nasi Ayam Penyet there from the one you get in Malaysia is there is no soup and the sambal [squashed chili] is super hot, you could feel your eyes filled with tears while eating. I love it nonetheless.

That would be my last gastronomic adventure with Mr. Adam Shukri Ebi Shahrin before he went back to his place. I had had good food in Jakarta and it did not matter even we could not explore the city as planned beforehand.
