GOING INDONESIAN FOR DINNER

11th JULY 2022 ~ It was a last minute plan but Mr. Muhammad Arif Mohd. Nizam agreed to meet up for dinner once he finished work. This time he suggested we met at this Indonesian restaurant called "Restoran Ayam Sambal Pletos" in Taman Daya.

I wanted to try the specialty of this eating place: Ayam Sambal Pletos after which the restaurant got its name.

How was Ayam Sambal Pletos? If you have eaten Ayam Penyet or Ayam Geprek, in the end, all the chicken would taste the same and what made it different would be the "sambal" [ground chili].
