5th SEPTEMBER 2022 ~ Claimed to be the first in the world, the Cat Museum is located in the building of Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Utara. Synonymous to the name of the city Kuching which means "cat" in Malay language, this museum exhibits cats in all kinds of media.
I had never ever been surrounded by as many [fake] cats in my life and there were just too many of these cute creatures to be observed.
The entrance fee was only RM3.00 and you would get a key chain as a souvenir.
If you are a cat lover, then there is no reason for you not to be here when you are in Kuching. This place could be a popular spot for tourists and locals alike as there were many people when we were there.
If they could have a place where people could go and see real live cats would be great, or something like a petting zoo where people could come and play with the felines would be better. I just wonder whether there are any cat cafes in Kuching?
