ATTENDING THE WEDDING RECEPTION OF SHARIFAH SAKINAH

The next ex-student [of SMK Taman Universiti] who got married today was Ms. Sharifah Sakinah Syed Mustafar. The solemnization ceremony was done in the morning and continued with the reception. However, I could only go in the afternoon after work.

There were the bride's sisters and brothers who are my ex-students too. And as expected, a few ex-students, who are the bride's friends, were also there.

There were a singer and a cellist doing live performance at the wedding, and the cellist is also my ex-student.

The most surprising thing was to see an ex-colleague, Puan Faridah Abang Wahab, who came all the way from Kuching to attend the wedding reception.

Wishing the newlyweds a blessed and happy married life ahead. If I am lucky, I might be invited again for other receptions by the family in the future.
