21st JULY 2024 ~ It would be mandatory to eat Sushi when in Japan. I had visited a Sushi restaurant only once in Malaysia, or bought Sushi from AEON supermarket a few times. The place we went to for dinner was called Uomi Sannomiya Kumoidori Ten.
There were many customers eating when we arrived so we first had to wait at the entrance area. One could also book a place before coming so as to avoid waiting for seats.
Mr. Iqbal, the ex-student cum tourist guide, had to choose all the Sushi as he should know which one should be halal. The tagline was: I am eating what you are eating.

We had had quite a lot but the bill was only about ¥2000 which was equivalent to RM60. It was a reasonable price and could even be cheaper that eating Sushi in Malaysia.
This should be my last meeting with Mr. Iqbal as he would not be able to accompany me for my exploration the next day as he was having classes. It was great to have him take me on the tour around Kobe and Nara [and Osaka too], and I had to thank him for his kindness.
This was also my very last gastronomic adventure for my Japan trip this time. I just had Onigiri from 7-Eleven for meals the next day.
