6th SEPTEMBER 2022 ~ One of the people who responded early when she knew I was in Kuching was an ex-colleague of SMK Taman Universiti, Puan Faridah Abang Wahab. She went back to Kuching in 2014 and we had not met since then. A quick date was set for a reunion session and surprise... surprise... the venue chosen was the Stadium Complex in Petrajaya.
We managed to make the stadium a more significant place. Hopefully there would be more reunion sessions that could take place there after this.
In another note, the stadium complex comprised of three main stadiums and other sports facilities as well. This should be a proof that the state government was more serious in developing the state and providing amenities for the people. No wonder Sarawak had been winning a number of sporting events in the country.
After all the posing session in front of the stadium, Puan Faridah took us to quench our thirst at a nearby stall.
Thanks a lot Puan Faridah for the time and effort to meet me, after all these years. She was actually in school during the school holiday
Wishing her the best of luck too as secondary school principal wannabe real soon. Hope to see you again when I am back in Kuching in the future.
