5TH SEPTEMBER 2022 ~ THE place that you must visit when you are in Kuching is none other than Kuching Waterfront. It is the tourist attraction that gathers people from all parts of the country or even the globe, to watch Sarawak River and the buildings on both sides.
There was already many people when we arrived at the place and we did not intend to explore much. There was this Darul Hana Bridge that allowed people to walk across the river and we decided not to experience walking above the river yet as we still had a lot of time to do that.
There were rows of stalls selling mostly food and drinks on the sidewalks and looked like there was good business.
Other interesting activities here would be taking the boat cruise on the river, either the traditional sampan or the more expensive cruise boat.
We made it a point to get back to this place [after having dinner and visiting a nearby mosque] to watch the musical fountain show which should be the latest attraction at the Waterfront. And there was a huge crowd.
We came back to this place the next evening and the morning before we flew back home.
