28th FEBRUARY 2023 ~ My travel companion decided to stop by at Ranau Market in the morning on our way to Kota Kinabalu/Labuan as he would be buying some vegetables to take home.
There was a row of vegetable sellers on the pedestrian walk outside the market building. I wonder whether they were running their business illegally or the prices were cheaper.
For one thing, all the vegetables looked real fresh. I just hoped I could buy some to take home but my flight the next day would not allow me to do that.
It is always exciting to get to visit the market when I go traveling as I could actually observe the real local people there.
