My parcel still arrived on the 11th day of Eid. This one was sent by a friend of UPM TESL class of 1993, Puan Hayati Burkhan. It was kind of her to get the parcel couriered to me all the way from Kelana Jaya.
So now I have to either read a book while eating the dates, or I have dates with a book. 😀

The second big box arrived today, the 12th day of Eid. It was from my Chinese ex-colleagues of SMK Taman Universiti. I am yet to unbox to see what the items which are stored inside the box.
One of the greatest gifts in life is to have by generous and kind friends. And distance does not hinder them from showing their generosity and kindness.
