14th JULY 2023 ~ The last item in the Penang itinerary list of the day was to visit the house of Puan Aishah Aboo Bakar, a coursemate of UPM TESL class of 1993, a true blue Penangite. When asked whether there was any specific dish I would love to have for dinner, I without hesitation requested for curry cooked with love. And we had Fish Head Curry for that evening.
This was my second time eating dinner at her house. Except this time, all the delicious food on the table was cooked in her kitchen specially for us.
Thanks to Puan Aishah and her husband, Mr. Ariff, for having us for dinner. The warm hospitality with the scrumptious dinner would something we would remember for many more years to come.
