HOUSEWARMING PARTY CUM UPM TESL CLASS OF 1993 GATHERING - PART 1

 5TH NOVEMBER 2022  ~ The housewarming party cum the gathering of UPM TESL Class of 1993 was actually planned 2 weeks before. The venue chosen was the new house of Puan Adila Ahmad in Kampung Kubu Gajah, Sungai Buloh. The news was spread in the TESL  Whatsapp group and people started discussing non-stop mostly on what food to bring for the pot luck gathering.

At the same time, the host had already prepared special food for the guests and I just could not believe seeing all kinds of delicious food served on the buffet tables that could feed the whole village.

I was lucky enough to be chauffeured and chaperoned by the two ladies from Bangi to Sungai Buloh. 

A few people had already arrived when I reached Puan Adila's place. According to the list of people attending, there should be about 20 guests coming this time. The thrilling part of the party would be to be able to see your old friends, and this time there were people who came as far as Pulau Pinang and Jitra from the north and Kuantan from the east of Peninsular.  I should be the representative of the southern part of the country.

As some people might be arriving a bit later, we had to start the ball rolling and there should be more than enough food for everyone in the house. So the eating and chatting session began and the house was filled with loud noises of people talking and laughing.

More and more people arrived after that with more food and it was not easy to find a space on the buffet tables.
