VISITING THE TALLEST HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL TOWER IN SOUTH EAST ASIA

29th AUGUST 2018 ~ Believe it or not, the tallest high-end residential tower in South East Asia is located just behind the school. The architect of the building was kind enough to invite the Principal of SMK Dato' Jaafar for a site tour of the completed building and the four senior assistants tagged along.

We were first taken to the 69th and 70th floors of one of the towers which would soon be the penthouse of the Sultan of Johor. The place was still empty however and  the interior will be custom designed by the royal family I supposed.

We were enjoying the view of the city from high up in the sky, literally expanding our horizon. The skyline of Johor Bahru will be changing real soon.

Then we went two levels higher to the rooftop.

On the 22nd floor (if I am not mistaken), there were smaller function rooms (furnished with expensive furniture) and a garden outside.

On the 7th floor, there is this huge swimming pool and other facilities like a squash court, gymnasium and sauna nearby.

This could be my very first and last time getting into the luxurious apartment tower building, unless one of my friends/ex-students is buying one of the apartment units here and invite me to come over to visit.

The experience of being a crazy rich Asian lasted only for 2 hours, but it was fun.
