THE PICTURESQUE LENGKUAS ISLAND - PART 1

26th OCTOBER 2019 ~ Lengkuas Island, the place people go for endless photo taking sessions against the blue sky and the majestic, white lighthouse in the background. You would be lucky to get the chance to be photographed without any other strangers appearing inside your photo frames.

When we arrived, the sky was about to clear up but there was still a hint of dark clouds. It would not worth the effort to be here if the weather was gloomy so make sure you be there at the right time.

I am not an Instagrammer fanatic but I did take a lot of photos with my friends there (as well as other places) and up until today, I still smile when I look at them.

I guess we were fortunate as the crowd on Lengkuas Island was bearable at that time. Most of the visitors were spending their time on the front beach and were busy taking photos using a flying drone.

There was this secluded part of the island which was at the back of the lighthouse, and no one went there except my two other friends and the small girl. This should be the best place to be in the water as there was no arriving and departing boats there.

What better way to spend one's time than gossiping over fried banana and coconut water after all the photo shoot session?
