28th OCTOBER 2019 ~ After all the photo shoot session on the Sand Island, we finally arrived at Leebong Island, with a staff of the resort already waiting at the jetty to welcome us. We were actually worried as we could see dark clouds on the horizon. If it rained, then the stay on the island would not be as fun as it should be.
There were only a few other visitors when we were there. It was time to experience a holiday on a private island like the rich and famous.
Here are some fun facts about Leebong Island:
(1) Leebong is a private island so you have to make a reservation to visit or stay at this place.
(2) Leebong is actually the name of the owner who bought the island to be developed into a resort.
(3) You could also stay on the island and there is a range of accommodation to choose from, and I guess the cheapest one would be the tent house. Another option is just go there on a day trip basis.
(4) A Malay drama series "Kekasih Paksa Rela", which was starred by Remy Ishak, Intan Najwa and Fizz Fairuz, were shot here on Leebong Island. No, I never watched the drama or knew the actresses excpet Remy Ishak but I will try and search for the series later on Youtube when I miss Leebong Island.
The sea in front of the resort was calm and shallow so people could swim and do water activities like kayaking or rowing here.

We thought that was all the place had to offer and we were so not ready with the surprise we were about to see when we went to the other side of the island.
